Welcome to Leadgate
Primary School

On behalf of the pupils, staff, and governors, I am delighted to welcome you to Leadgate Primary School’s website. We hope it gives you an insight into the wonderful things happening in our school.

At Leadgate Primary School, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. Our children are at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to inspire a love of learning, nurture confidence, resilience, and kindness. We aim to equip children with the knowledge, skills, and values they need for the future. We encourage our pupils to be ambitious, take risks, face challenges, and be bold in their learning.

We are proud to be an inclusive school that recognises every child’s unique talents and focuses on meeting individual needs. Through high-quality teaching and learning, a progressive and enriched curriculum, and a supportive environment, we strive to enable all children to fulfil their potential and become confident lifelong learners, ready for the next stage of their journey.

Our dedicated staff are passionate about helping pupils flourish—not only academically, but personally, socially, and creatively. Our pupils are a credit to our school and their families—happy, friendly, hardworking, and caring. Strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community lie at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every child feels nurtured, understood, and inspired to achieve their goals.

Thank you for visiting our website. We hope it gives you a glimpse into the inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment that makes Leadgate Primary School such a special place to learn and grow.
